Friend List gone

Discus and support Friend List gone in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I look at my live account on the Xbox 360 it shows that I have 0 friends.     Friend List gone


    When I look at my live account on the Xbox 360 it shows that I have 0 friends. If I go into my account on the PC I can tell that there are friends there (can see some listed when I look at my profile summary) but when I click on the friend tab I get the
    following error

    Uh oh... that should not have happened.

    It appears you have found a glitch in the system.

    Friends List ....Gone !!!

    Are you in the Preview programme? I saw a recent screenshot where Friends is now off the right of the screen, and also has a text navigation link towards the top of the screen. (Pins - Home - Friends - Store)

    Friends list gone

    my friends list is not showing up on the home screen... Says I have 0 friends... When I log into a game I can see every friend in the game social area but not on the Xbox live home screen... It happened right after the last update for xbox one... Any ideas
    on how to get it back.

    Friend List gone

    Hey mate, there is currently issues with friends, a lot of us can't send, accept or decline requests so this might be some fall out from that.

    Also if you're getting the glitch in the system error a lot on the website, sometimes that can mean there is a billing issue with your account, generally the payment method lapses and a month of billing gets missed, check out your current subs a the link,
    I'm pretty sure you can see if there's money owing:

    If it does turn out that's the case you will need to call support to get it fixed:

    same problem here. Microsoft this is terrible service! don't know how it happened but please fix it as soon as possible. I also recommend you think of some way to apologize to al the "PAYING" xbox live customers the playstation network is free for heavens
    sake!!!!! There i was all excited to play a good clan match been waiting for weeks to play and what do i find? My friend list gets erased. Sort it out quickly this is not what I am paying for!!!!! It sure as hell better be fixed by tomorrow.
