Friend keeps disappearing from my friends list

    Friend keeps disappearing from my friends list


    For the last 3 weeks a person keeps disappearing from my wife's friends list.

    First week it was hers, 2nd it was both if ours and this weekend just gone it was hers again.

    At first we thought he was deleting her.

    But then he would message and ask why she deleted him.

    Neither if us did, but the strange thing is that he's not on our followers list to say we're following him either.

    Has anyone else had this sort of problem or know what it is

    has anyone been experienceing problems with their friends list disappearing? I can finally connect to xbox live but have no people on my friends list

    Friends list disappeared and cant see friends profiles

    but its not a signing in issue lol its a friends list disappearing glitch say i got 0/0 friends :/

    Friends disappear off of friends list after a while or wont let me add someone at all

    Same thing again. They stay on my friends list for a little while then they disappear. Just did a little test and I added my friend, logged out of the account, logged back in and hes gone off my friends list. So it seems that either after a little while they disappear off my friends list or until I log out of my account.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Can you see your friends list on the win10 app or on the mobile app
