Friend in same house using the same network cannot play dayz at the same time (on Xbox console)

We both have our own xbox, tv, and xbox live account and gamepass subscription which is where we had gotten dayz

We got the game from game pass which we both pay for ourselves, so idk if it has anything to do with ownership licenses. This is the first time weve had this issue. We do do game sharing tho so idk if that would cause issues with a game we both have rights

Mi compañero de cuarto y yo acabamos de descargar Dayz y solo uno si podemos jugar al mismo tiempo, si uno de nosotros ingresa a un servidor y el otro intenta unirse, reciben un mensaje de error.
Si se unen a un servidor diferente, el otro jugador se inicia justo cuando se carga en su servidor.
¿Qué tenemos que hacer al respecto? Todo lo que encuentro en línea es de 2013 y está estrictamente hablando de PC, me imagino que la solución de reproductores de PC no funcionará en xbox porque tienen sistemas de menú muy diferentes.

Nuestros dos tipos nat están abiertos, nuestro enrutador ofrece dos conexiones wifi separadas e intentamos conectarnos a las dos separadas (estoy en una, está en la otra) pero no tuvimos éxito.

My roommate and i just downloaded dayz and only one if us can play at the same time, if one of us gets into a server and the other trys to join they get an error message. If they join a different server the other player gets booted right when they load into
their server. What do we have to do about this? Anything i find online is from 2013 and is strictly talking about pc, i figure the pc players solution isnt going to work on the xbox because they have very different menu systems.

Both of our nat types are open, our router does offer two separate wifi connections and we tried connecting to the two separate ones (im on one, hes on the other) but we had no success.
