    "Friend" got me banned from Xbox live


    My friend was over at my house and I went to the bathroom for a moment and he proceeded to read through all my messages, upon reading of one that occurred several weeks prior wherein an Xbox account called me "an idiot" he responded with an expletive of
    "c!nt". I noticed this and told him to not be silly lest I get banned. Unfortunately the recipient of this message reported me and got my account banned. I feel I have been punished unduly as I have been a paying Xbox live Gold subscriber for many years and
    one transgression that was mostly outside of my control should not warrant a ban.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review, however, you are responsible for your account at all times.
