Friend Feed wont update

We understand the inconvenience caused. As per description, your friend's activity not updating and so with your achievements. Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern.

However, we’d like to know more about it in details so that we can provide a more accurate resolution for you. To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

1. Are you playing on Steam?
   
2. Have you tried resetting your network?
   
3. Xbox app and Gaming services version? Xbox app > select Profile picture > Settings > About.
   
4. Are your device and system updated?
   
5. Was this working before?
   
6. Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?
   

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps and let us know the result. You can just skip those you have done already.

1. network reset or just a system refresh.
   
   Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.
   
   After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.
   
   Just to make sure the settings are well adjusted, make sure your console is set to update automatically:
   
   1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
      
   2. Select Profile & system> Settings > System > Updates.
      
   3. Under Updates, select Keep my console up to date to update your console automatically and Keep my games & apps up to date to update games and apps automatically.
      

In your privacy settings, if you have selected to not show the game times. This kills the achievements in the activity log as well. Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

My friends wont load or my news feed xbox please fix this thanks

I deal with something similar where it wont show friends and activity feed will act up.

Activity feed updates friends but not mine

Last feed from me was 4 weeks ago

I tried the above steps and my activity feed still won't update.

It last updated on 21 January, I am able to upload video and clips which will show on my feed, however my achievements aren't updating, in my feed or on the friends leader board.
