Friend can download stuff to my xbox from his xbox

Is this a new feature or a rare bug? If we are in a party together, he can start downloading something and it will install on to my xbox as well. I can't do the same back to him. I've never had this problem before. We don't have that family gold thing or
whatever it is. So I have no idea how this is happening.

downloading games from friends xbox on mine

I have my friends account on my xbox. he has one at home, so this wouldnt be his home xbox. can i still download and play the games he has digitally downloaded on my account and if so will this affect any progress in his game?

Make this my home xbox

I'm using a friends email and password to add an account on to my xbox to download something. I've downloaded it and want to delete his account from my xbox and made it my home xbox so I can play the game whilst I'm on my own xbox and my own account. Once
deleting his account, he won' t have any access to my games from his own xbox?

Sounds like your console somehow got set as his Home console. Head to Settings and set it as your Home console to stop that from happening.

Yeah, I'm only trying to "Purchase" content from the marketplace website. I can go to my download history on the website and re-download stuff to both PC and Xbox.

You're wrong sir, i lost Xbox live Gold but i can still log online as in download from the market, view my friends and join private chats but the only thing i can't do is download gold exclusive stuff, use the apps and play online. I can still receive messages
and friend request.

So you are saying, that if I download the stuff in France, the game will work in Lux, and I will be able to play it even on live?

If that is the case, do i have to take the console to France, or I can just take the disk out, put it into my friends xbox in France, login on his console with my account, download the stuff on my disk, then bring the disk back to Lux, and all will work
fine?

You need to have him set his console as his Home console.
