Friday the 13th in-game engine footage

If they can make your encounters with him even half as tense as the encounters with the alien in Alien: Isolation then we are in for a treat.

Friday the 13th game

looking for anyone to join a private match

 

Not a big Jason fan (except the first movie)

But if they catch the Friday 13th feeling and lore (similar to what did happened to Alien games with Alien isolation)

and do something cool and fun to play It can be a good game.

 

Doubt this is anything like it but best horror movie type game I ever played was until dawn. Wish Xbox had more of those story driven games which aren't episodic

In my opinion, Alien Isolation is one of the many worst games that I've ever played!

I'm really glad that A LOT of people are hailing Alien Isolation as the definitive Aliens game, but the marshmallow firepower and Xenomorph attracting motion tracker killed the experience for me!

As far as I'm concerned, Alien Isolation is garbage!

For me, Aliens Colonial Marines is the definitive Aliens game despite its numerous bugs / glitches. I love Aliens Colonial Marines (this is NOT a typo, I love Aliens Colonial Marines).

With that being said, I do wish that the bugs / glitches in Aliens Colonial Marines were ironed out / fixed before the game came out.

In regards to the Friday The 13th game, I am unsure of how it is going to play out since Jason is almost unkillable.

i backed it on Kickstarter, i'm looking forward to it, but feel it will most likely be a game i play for the weekend and then never touch again.

 

Lei I don't think you played Alien Isolation the right way or maybe you went it thinking it was going to be guns a blazing like Colonial Marines. You weren't supposed to have firepower. The motion tracking luring the Alien added another gameplay element
to keep an eye on. In my opinion that game is top 5 this gen.

I really hope this game is even 1/10 as good as A:I.

Holding their fork upside down and stabbing at their food with the blunt handle and wondering why nothing got picked up.

Not surprised you had a bad experience with arguably one of the best games released this gen.

 

Sounds great, this could be really impressive if done half as well as alien isolation i would be looking to get it

^^ You're not supposed to have weapons in A I other than the flamethrower to temporarily scare the alien. It's not that type of game.
