Friday the 13th game won’t work on my Xbox series x

I’m having a problem with Friday the 13th: The Game on my Xbox Series X. It works fine on my Xbox One S, but on the Series X it won’t start. It says, “Do you own this game or app?” even though I have the disc. I think it’s because the game was removed from the Xbox store, so the Series X can’t check the license. I tried reinstalling it and looking for updates, but nothing works. It’s annoying because I can play it on my old Xbox, but not on my new one. Is there anyone that can play the game in there series x. If so please send tips for me to play.

this sounds like a separate rights issue, but just so you're aware the game servers have been turned off and it is no longer playable online

Yes all other games work just fine. But it seems that just gta won’t work. Ever since I tried to play it on my Xbox series x it has not worked. I don’t have the updated version of gta it is still the normal game but I looked it up and it said you can still play normal gta on Xbox series x.
