Frezzing?

Mine froze today on call of duty after a game, forza during a single player race and titanfall after a game. Anyone know if this is to do with updates or even the hardware failing?

im hoping this isn't going to become very common or even like the 360 did.

Sounds like you may need to clear your cache. Try running the standard maintenance by holding the power sensor on the front of the xbox one for 10 secs, then let it sit for 10 secs, then turn it back on. Let it load up to the home screen, log into your
account, and then try to play again.

I tried that but it keep freezing, especially when I am using the video player

 

My Xbox One keeps freezing, I don't know why.
