Frezzing

Hi there everyone!

Please help me, I'm from Mexico and my Xbox doesn't leave me saving games advances; it started few weeks ago with the Fifa 13, I thought it was the old disc; I recently bought the Fifa 14 and I got the same error. It comes when I start a Career and try to
save advances, I got a "Disc Error" and system shut down.

I really will appreciate any help!!! Many Thanx.

Beta Update Problems

i been having a problem with the beta update everytime i start a game like black ops 2 itss frezzing on me i cleared my system cach 3 times and done the update again and it went throw then that were it started frezzing on me what do i do to fix this my console
is frezzing on me help me.

Sorry to hear about the disc error. Are you only having this issue with Fifa 13 and 14 or is it with all disc games?

Just to make sure that we are not missing any trouble shooting steps, I recommend trying a few steps.

Please give the following steps a shot:

• Makes sure that your disc is clean by holding the disc by the edges without touching the top or bottom surfaces.
  
• Using a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth, lightly wipe from the center of the disc outward.
  
• Remove any USB flash drives from your console.
• Clear Your System Cache.
