Frequently disconnected from xbl. Pls help

Hi. We frequently get disconnected from xbl. We'be only just reconnected to it after a period offline while we sorted out some issues with our account. We have 2factor authentication set up. I put the application code in, and it authenticated ok. 45 (ish)
mins later (after watching an episode of a show on Netflix it said disconnected from xbl. It gave no error code. Thinking I leant on the controller we re signed In and watched another episode. The same thing happened. I ran the connection tesT. It said there

Hey faux, sorry to hear about the disconnecting issues! To be sure, what games does this occur in besides MW3? Also, does the same issue occur if you establish a wired connection? Lastly, can you please post all of the steps you've tried so far, so that
I don't recommend the same thing again?

As a temporary solution, and if it's possible, can you try connect your console with an Ethernet Cable, instead of wireless? If so, please try this solution and let us know if the problem persists and we'll go from there.

If you haven't already, I would also suggest that you clear your Xbox system cache, by repeating this process Three times in a row.

This is happening for me also. I've cleared my cache over many times, I'vs redownloaded my profile countless times and even tried to get in contact with Microsoft. Nothing has worked so far. Can someone help me or at least tell me what is going on with Xbox,
cause that PS4 is starting to look really nice right now.
