    I was just wondering if anybody else was experiencing this issue? I understand it's a beta, and it's a beta for a reason, but I'd just like to know if it's my Xbox or a temporary problem.

    I've been playing FIFA 20 and the game would freeze, being totally unresponsive at all. Then when I press the home button to use the guide, it would let me scroll for a couple seconds, but any action to try and force close the game would freeze the guide.

    It usually lasts around 5 or so minutes before unfreezing. Sometimes longer. During this time it's not possible to open up any apps, even if I try attempted to report the issue via the prompt.

    I have received a prompt saying if this happens again to restart the console, but I have multiple times. I've even left it unplugged for 24 hours to give it a rest. It's in a well ventilated area, room is cold so I don't believe overheating to be a problem.

    This has only starting happening after the last update which would make me believe it's an issue with the software, however the Xbox is 7/8 years old now, so maybe it's just coming to the end of its life cycle. Any response is greatly appreciated! Thank you

    This is most likely to be abug In the latest beta. As Jameser78 suggests, you need to post this into the beta forums as well, so that the beta team definitely see your bug so they can look into it! Until then however, try using a wired headset, it's a temporary
    fix sure, but it's likely a temporary problem!
