    Constant disconects

    Download your profile again, frequent disconnections from XBL could be profile corruption.

    First thing just log out of your profile and log back in.

    Hi there

    try the following steps,

    1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

    2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete


    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache


    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

    I would say double check your subscription management to make sure its active, provided it is you could log out and back in to force your profile to resync, should resolve it.

    Hi again HQInferno,

    The USB transfer is for moving a profile between two Xbox 360 profiles, not a 360 and a One.

    You will want to contact Microsoft Support for the dual accounts as they should be able to look into the account and sort it out for you:

    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    As CapnPhoton notes and I said earlier, you are able to use the same login details on the One and 360 for the same profile. However, you *can* be logged into both the One and 360 at the same time with the same account without issue (but if you log into a
    second One, you get logged out of the first; or logging into a second 360 logs you out of the first 360). It has been like that since Launch, and something I do frequently.
