Frequent disconnects from xbox live.

My xbox lately has been kicking me off xbox live. Its been fine the past couple weeks but for some reason i cant play long before i get kicked off. Ill explain everything up to today below.

A month ago i switched internet providers to cox communications. I normally play destiny and i got error codes and disconnects. But after a week it went away. A few weeks later i was doing a raid with some friends when i got the nastiest error code
weasel to date. It was so bad that it knocked me off my internet for a couple minutes. I was able to get back on and finish with no problem but a day later i started experincing these disconnects.

I can use netflix or play single player games fine but i cant play a match or two online without experincing a disconnect. Its not my internet because it meets all the requirements to run xbox live and still stays connected to my other devices. I really
hope to get this cleared up

Unfortunately I don't think there's anything in the update that will resolve this issue. To resolve this issue, you may want to consider getting a new router. This list is pretty solid, though I know that some users have pointed out one or two models as
being exceptional for supporting two consoles out of the box. Perhaps someone else would like to shed some light
here?

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Using an internet cable that hooks up to my laptop, that then connects to my router. (Has worked well for a while)

Things you have tried: Port Fowarding (many ports), Clearing cache many many many times, re-downloading account, updating drivers on router and laptop, replacing router, replacing internet cable.
