Frequent disconnections from xbox live games and parties

Basically its been happening on fifa 15, madden and now Call of Duty AW its the most frustrating thing ever and no one seems to be able to fix it! I start an online game in a party with my friends and a couple of minutes into the game it kicks me out back
to the games home screen and says that I need to be connected to xbox live to play. I simultaneously get kicked out of the party. I then have to restart my xbox to get everything working again. I now cant play any online games because I always get disconnected.

I've tried restarting router/ xbox, deleting cash profiles, performing all the router setting changes people have suggested but still nothing.

I have a Virgin home hub 2 and speed of internet isn't the issue I checked that and its fine all other devices on my WIFI are fine when it disconnects.

Please can someone help?

Thanks Spartan, I'm buying a few extra feet of ethernet, and then I'll test that.

 

im having the same thing with AW (all I've tried played today) half way through a match it kicks me out the game. But it seems nobody else is having this issue with AW???

 

after some research the super hub 2 doesn't like the wireless xbox one, the only fix is going to advanced settings in your superhub and change the wireless radio down to Upto 54mbps. seems to have worked for me but the annoying thing is I should be getting
150mbps but with that setting only getting 20mbps. think I will be ring Virgin tomorrow to see if I can get the old superhub back.
