    Hi there! After reaching the end of support's wisdom, I thought I'd try my luck here. We've had frequent disconnects from Xbox Live ever since we got the Xbox One up and running (on launch day). Didn't give us any major headaches, since the disconnects never
    happend DURING a match (mostly "Titanfall", a bit of "Ryse" and some "Battlefield 4") but rather only between matches in the games' lobby. (Or while streaming movies via Amazon Prime).

    That is, until "Destiny" came around. The Beta (which I played for several hours) ran 100% smooth, but the retail game will regularly kick me out of story missions. This happened once on Earth's fourth Mission (but not on the second go) and will now happen
    every single time I try to play through one of the story missions on moon. Error Code:
    Centipede. Patrol missions on the moon will, however, for the most part run smoothly (Except for the one time when I collaborated directly with a friend). And I have yet to be disconnected during any type of PvP match in "Destiny". As with
    "Titanfall", disconnects only happen BETWEEN such matches.

    With the help of MS Support, we've manually assigned a fixed IP to our Xbox One and have opened several ports. To no discernible effect other than our NAT type now always being shown as "open", even in case of a disconnect.

    Is there anything you guys could suggest to solve (or work around) this problem?

    Frequent disconnects

    Just interested to know how many people are suffering from frequent disconnections during gameplay. I have had this problem for over 2 weeks now and so have 2 of my friends. Probably only finished 2 games out of the last 50 before a disconnection occurs.

    what router do you have? do you play wired or wireless? Do you have the latest Firmware for your router?

  5. Wireless. Speedport xxx (gonna check it out when I get home). And I would guess so, but I'm gonna check that as well.

    As this sounds like you a customer of German Telekom I'd like to suggest you to phone their service and ask them for a port reset of your dsl connection. This may help on short frequently appearing outages of your connection.

  7. ive had the same problems, especially if I just end up quitting destiny from impatience of disconnects, then when I go to a different app like netflix or youtube, it won't load at all unless I close everything and wait about 5 minutes or more.

    Well, as you can see, I haven't found time yet to check my router and its firmware, but in the meantime, thanks BobMcFly247! Gonna try my luck with Telekom support Frequent disconnections during "Destiny" :) And I certainly hope it was my Xbox's location, not my English that gave me away as German

  12. I have the exact same problems. Everything is up to date but when I play Destiny I'm always having problems with disconnects when I'm in the Tower or even sometimes when I try to zone into a mission. I really want to play this game but I normally end up
    getting like 5 minutes in and then hanging it up to go play another, more stable game on my PC.
