Frequent Disconnection from Xbox Live, XB1 (Yet works perfectly with PS3)

Every time I try to play Advanced Warfare multiplayer on my Xbox One, I can never hold a stable connection. When I first played multiplayer, my connection was absolutely fine and I was not getting disconnected at all but as of late I seem to be getting disconnected
every few minutes and be taken back to the main menu with the message. "You must have an active connection to be able to play Xbox Live or System Link matches"





My NAT type is Open.

Upload Speed: 3.03mbps

My service provider is Virgin Media, but here's the funny thing. To test whether it was my connection or Xbox Live/Advanced Warfare at fault, I went onto my PS3 and went into a game of Demolition on Black Ops 2 and it didn't disconnect me throughout the
whole game.

Now considering that and the fact that my detailed network statistics seem to be fine I think, I am now starting to think Xbox Live is at fault, or possibly Advanced Warfare.

Can anyone provide answers, because I am COMPLETELY baffled here. :/ It's SO frustrating and I want it fixed.

HI there I would look into nat issue with your router.. when you connect to play games the connection that communicates with your router has to allow you be able to play since it need constant communication your router can become overwhelmed and to keep
you safe it will disconnect you I would check into forwarding ports on your router once you place the numbers in powercycle and you should be all set ...

support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live is a great site along with portforward.com this will show you how to do it .. youtube is great source as well or your provider can help you once you enable the ports you should be fine...

 

Thanks, however it seems to have magically fixed itself. Shouldnt speak to soon but i've just been playing advanced warfare for an hour and a half with no problems. That's weird considering i did nothing. But i'm not complaining.

 

UPDATE- It's happening again. that was short lived.

 

He said he has open Nat type, if anything is 160 ms latency, but more than likely something wrong with his ripoff box I suspect because I have the same *** problem
