Frequent Crashing Minecraft Win10 Bedrock in Game

Hi, wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

Im playing minecraft windows 10, and finding my game is crashing well upwards of 15 times per hour.

It's usually triggered by block breaking or using the attack feature. I started out on a friend's multiplayer world, but this issue (only experienced by me not my friends) lead us to use a realm. At seemingly random times when breaking a block, the game
freezes, the screen turns white and the window closes. Upon re-loading the game I do notsee the "Global Resources Reset" message at the top of the screen which could be of some significance.

I played Minecraft Bedrock Win10 a lot last year on realms, and didnt experience any of these problems. The game is becoming almost unplayable at this point.

I would really appreciate any info on this, or even to know if others are experiencing the same thing

I can understand how a game crashing like this could be distressing.

If you haven't yet, I suggest trying the troubleshooting steps outlined in our

Troubleshoot gameplay issues on Windows 10 support article and see if that positively affects the situation.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if that helps.

Unfortunately I have tried this but it makes no difference, hopefully this is just a bug that will be fixed in a later update...

Also I havent submitted a ticket and to be honest I wouldnt even know where to start to send one.

Hi, wow I'm sorry to hear it's crashing so much. Up to 15 times per hour, yikes lol. >.<

I had a friend that had a similar issue on W10 a little while back and he said he had to uninstall the whole game and reinstall it, and then it worked. Have you tried to do a complete game uninstall/reinstall? If nothing else is working prior to that, I
would give it a shot.
