    Hey there caledonni.

    Definitely understand the frustrations. Have you had a chance to test out that Factory Restore you mentioned earlier? If not, let's give that a go.

    I'm also having this problem after the latest update. Everything seems to work fine until I try to install apps. I have made a full reset two times?

    I was able to do the full factory reset yesterday. Reinstalled FH3 and it it started fine. We'll have to see if this fixes it once and for all.

    I'm not part of the preview forum. But I the problem has occurred every time I have tried to install the YouTube app. Perhaps a coincidence???
