French emails

Discus and support French emails in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an Xbox 360 and a live.ca Canadian email address.     French emails


    I have an Xbox 360 and a live.ca Canadian email address.

    For years, any email I get from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** is in French, but I can't speak French so I was wondering how to fix that. It looks like all my settings are set to English, I can't seem to find where it is set to French.

    All of my other Xbox related emails are in English, its just the billing ones that are in French.

    Do you by chance have any addresses or contact information based in France, set up on your Microsoft profile? You can click on your picture in the upper right corner of these forums, and click Microsoft Account under it, and go into your account from there
    to edit contact info, addresses, phone numbers, shipping or billing addresses etc.

    Country and timezone settings may have changed.

    Can you check this? :

    1. Go to
      https://account.microsoft.com/       and sign in.
    2. Select Edit personal info.
    3. Locate Home, choose your country on the drop-down that you can see beside
      Country/ region.
    4. Kindly set your Country's region and timezone.
    5. Hit Save.
