Freezing while setting up xbox one live tv

Discus and support Freezing while setting up xbox one live tv in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried setting up the live tv feature but every time the xbox freezes and automatically restarts its self...i never saw a picture in the screen even...     Freezing while setting up xbox one live tv


    I tried setting up the live tv feature but every time the xbox freezes and automatically restarts its self...i never saw a picture in the screen even tho it said it found my tv signal. i have time warner with a cisco cable box

    That's not good. So on what screen does the Xbox freeze and restart? Can you try setting your Cable box to Stereo PCM instead of surround sound? What about skipping TV setup, then power cycling STB while in Live TV?

    I have another tv set up from my mini. the 2nd one is run off the component wires (red,green, blue rca cables) and the HDMI cable run the xbox to main tv. when I fast foward the 2nd TV functions properly while the main TV (through xbox) freezes. So it's
    obvious the mini is working properly and the xbox is causing the problem.
