Freezing when loading apps

I do get some freezing and slow loads when i switch from a game to apps.

Just had this happen to me today as well. Same thing happens when i load any other app or even a game from disc. It loads up and then freezes on loading/start-up screen

When you say it suddenly freezes, does it just hang on a loading screen? What happens from the time you launch the app?
