    Jigsaw puzzles keep freezing up & cannot download any new puzzles! Please help!

    WHY does the puzzles keep freezing up. VERY frustrating to try to do a puzzle. Is there any way to fix it?

    I think that it's pretty obvious that they are trying to get people to sign up for the premium version. It seems to be the ad video in the bottom corner that keeps locking it up. Pretty crappy.

    It is the ads. Every time an ad box goes blank or black and the game freezes for seconds or minutes until the next ad starts. This happens frequently in jigsaw and Soduku. It went away for a few days (maybe the offending ads were out of rotation) and
    then came back. It is hard to believe that Microsoft is the only company that can't get a game to play in Windows 10!

    I'm getting it now in the regular jigsaw puzzles as well. It's freezing so bad that I have to close it out because it doesn't come back. I play the Solitaire games a lot and the mah jong often and so far haven't had any problems with them. I was considering
    getting the premium version of the puzzles but I'm sure not paying anything as long as this happens. (For all I know there could be problems with the premium, too.)
