    WHY does the puzzles keep freezing up. VERY frustrating to try to do a puzzle. Is there any way to fix it?

    Hey UnbiddenRoom41! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Give a

    I haven't had a problem for a few days but it's especially bad today. Freezing after every ad. I wonder what the sponsors would think if they were aware of the problems.
