Freezing problems with my Gears of War Xbox 360 Slim

I have a Gears of War Xbox 360 Slim and lately when i play Gears of War 3 it Freezes to start a match below is a video to show what happens.

I have no problems with any other games having the freezing problem it's just with Gears of War 3

Tranfer Games and Data From one Xbox 360 Slim to another Xbox 360 Slim

I just got the Gears of War Limited Edition Xbox 360 Slim Console, How Do I Tranfer all My Game Saves, GamerTag and Data from My Old Xbox 360 Slim to My New Xbox 360 Slim? Please Help Me

There are a few steps you can take to locate the problem:

Install the game that made the Xbox 360 freeze. With larger games like Gears of War 3, your Xbox 360 can overload when reading the massive amount of data coming from the disk. Download the game to your hard drive by putting the disc in the tray and then
pressing Y at the game's frame on the Xbox 360 dashboard. Choose "Install Game" and then wait while the information is downloaded. With the disc still in the tray, try playing again.

Check the disc for damage. If your disc has been severely scratched or scuffed, it could cause your game to freeze up. Hold the disc under a bright light, checking for even the smallest of scratches. If you notice a few scratches, try loading a different
game. If the Xbox 360 doesn't freeze, you'll know the damaged disk was the problem.

I also have the Digital version of Gears 3 it does the same with that

In this case delete your digital version of the game including all the files and clear your console cache:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Redownload your game and allow the update to install before proceeding with the game.

It was my profile for that game, i just re-downloaded my profile and everything seems fine now no freezing.

I had mine freeze. Then it wipe out my stats. Epic support contacts say to contact xbox support so I did. They said can't do anything but Epic could restore my stats. They also told me that if you have an original xbox 360 that a Gears of War 3 update is
not compatible. So only xbox360 slim will get the update to prevent freezing. Can someone help us to get this fix.
