Freezing, loud sound and then crashing to desktop

At random times in Shadows of Modor(at least once every couple of hours)and at any cut scene in Dead Rising 3, the game will freeze, followed by a loud buzzing sound through the speakers and will either crash to desktop or require a hard reset to clear.
Have uninstalled reinstalled both games, restored factory defaults, removed profiles, cleared persistent storage and cleared Mac storage. Nothing has helped. These are the only 2 games I have.

Is it freezing and making a loud buzzing sound, then crashing back to the title screen? I downloaded the game and that's my issue. I'm not in the preview program. I've reset the xbox and cleared persistent storage. I don't know what else to do other than
delete and download the game again. But it was 45 GB's and took a good 12 hours or so to download.

 

xbox one keeps crashing to home screen

I have sent my xbox in for repair. I got sick of the crashing back to the desktop, the loud disk drive that got louder as time went by. When I get it back it better work, or Im going to PS4.

 

Does yours do what mine is doing in CoD?

 

ya mine does that freeze but a more clearer buzzing noise then goes to the dashboard I don't know if its the console or what .... I bought halo and it did the same thing to me once during the campaign but im like 12 hours into ac unity and ive had no problems
yet .....

 

Yes it keeps doing it with mine on COD AW Microsoft need to fix this ASAP or they are going to have a lot of *** off people. #fix it need to get back to the grind

 

Sorry to say this Jesus and Hero, but it sounds like you should call Xbox support. Do let us know how you get on.

 

This is really getting annoying. I have had the same issue with the buzzing and freezing, on AC unity and Blackflag as well as COD AW. Now my xbox wont respond to the remote or the controller for most commands. it will goto shortcuts but not play the T.V
or sound. Any help or suggestions

 

We have the same problem with Halo and AC Blackflag. We play Halo with four-player multi screen with four wired (USB v3.0 cables) controllers. It doesn't seem to matter what we are doing, but it will occasionally give a buzzing noise for a few seconds
and then kick us out of Halo to the Home screen. We get kicked out in the middle of games and in the middle of building maps. We have had the unit less than 15 days and may return it to WalMart since the allow returns up to 15 days from purchase. I have
still not noticed a solution on-line. My wife thinks its a hardward defect and that we should trade in our Xbox One for another new Xbox one.
