    Freezing jigsaws and downloading problems


    sometimes it takes almost forever to download daily challenges, but even more annoying, for the last few days when playing the daily puzzles I can get as far as 'collect reward' then the whole thing freezes up completely and won't budge. I have tried several
    times and am only getting more and more frustrated instead of relaxed.

    Please Microsoft, please fix the problems!!

    Downloading problem

    I am experiencing problems downloading classic jigsaws. Sometimes it even takes my accumulated points off when purchasing then fails to download. Does anybody else experience this problem and does anybody known the solution.

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

    Jigsaw Freezing issue

    I have had the same freeze problems with Jigsaw; just tried getting out of Windows 10 XBox Beta and back to Windows 10 Xbox..... IT WORKS. No more freezing.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have unistalled / installed / reset - everything I can think of. I installed Solitaire Collection and they connect to serve and work fine. I then launched Jigsaw from Collection, and the same problem exists, The app will freeze when it syncs to the server.
    I cannot get Jigsaw to work with the network connected. I'm out of puzzels and need to connect so I can download new ones.
