Freezing game when I log into microsoft account

So literally the whole entire day have been trying to fix my minecraft PE account, every time I enter minecraft it freezes, I deleted my game (sadly losing my survival world) and I re-downloaded it, everything was fine in the game, until when I logged in,
the game froze after a few seconds, I tried this on my phone by downloading minecraft and I logged in and it still did the same thing, It froze, due to this I have been very upset and was wondering if something was wrong with my microsoft account or not, please
someone help, (because it doesn't seem like I can ever play minecraft with that account which I spent my time and completed 92% of achievements, i just have been really scared and sad this whole day...)

Also I play on an Ipad mini 4 and Iphone 7

Please HELP I just want to play Minecraft again

Hey lucas, i had thw same issue and im on an ipad pro. The way i fixed it was going into files [if you have it]

And follow the steps below

files-> on my ipad- > minecraft -> and delete the file XBLStoage.json.

this will log you out of the microsoft store in-game and then you just have to log back in.

When I'm logged into one of my three accounts my game freezes. So I log out of everything and can play. I log back in while still in the game and the game freezes again. Is anyone else getting this?

I found the option to log in with the Microsoft account but nothing happens when I try to log in (the developer's responsibility to fix this too) and the game allows you to buy content without entering any account other than the account that is logged in the Microsoft Store app which only serves as a means of payment.

Even if you log in using your Microsoft or Facebook account, you are only using the log-in information from those accounts to log into the game, neither Microsoft nor Facebook is responsible for your progress within the game.
