freezing friends list

ever since the new update when I go into the left part of the screen were friends,notifacations, party start settings are it freezes no matter how many times I go in there it does it what can I do to stop it thank you

if ya friends list has 95 or more this causes freezing on fifa get rid of some freinds

 

My friends list keeps freezing

If im in a party it kicks me out puts me back and when i look on my friends list it has froze. HELP!

 

my console is doing the samething. it is getting very frustrating.

i wish someone can shine some light on this subject asap

 

Is that the only thing that is acting up ? can you go online and play a multiplayer game with no problem ?

Have you tried hard booting your console? This can fix a lot of different issues, including freezing issues To hard boot your console (which just completely shuts it down, and closes all background applications), you need to have the console on, and sitting
at the dashboard. Then, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10seconds until the console switches off, and leave it for a minute or two, before turnign it back on again. You should then see the green xbox screen, before it loads to the
dashboard.

Once that is done, try again and let us know how it goes

hat worked I unplugged mine let it sit for a bit then rebooted it seems to be working fine now thanks
