Freezing console

Hello, I get my X one S in April, since the first time i started to use, he freezes when i get on store and start to look up something to buy or download for free...

Then nothing else works, I can't turn off using controller or even in the power on/off interrupter/switch, it just turn off by cutting energy supply taking off from the power supply, otherwise it still freeze.

The same freezing situation happens when i use EA Access looking for anything to buy or download, freezes, and just turn off solve the situation.

Ps: when i bought the console it was new, the first time i tried to use it show the issue, already tried to clean everything on console system and it's still the same!

Help please!

Does your XBOX360 freeze?

My console does freeze. It freezes about once every two months, often during a weather extreme. The hot temperatures really cause it to over-heat and that is likely the impetus to the freeze. If I don't have the heat on and the unit hasn't been on or long it will freeze from time to time in those winter months.

No, see, I actually mention in my post where I did this. Twice. Since posting, three times total. Does not help.

Sorry to hear it. First off, I'd like you to try a factory reset on the console Restore to Factory Defaults | Xbox One
there's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload at this point.

If that doesn't work then you may need to send the console in for repairs. You can set up a repair of the console at this link https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/

receive when connecting to Live if you wish. That's not the same thing as a System Update, though.

I've booted and started up Gears of War 3 on a Reach console, on a Halo 3 console, and on a Gears of War console. I played for about two hours on my Gears of War console. No issues.

The Gears of War console itself did not ship with the latest System Update applied. My new console updated itself using the System Update I have stored on my USB flash drive. The Halo 3 and Reach consoles were already up to date, hence no System Update.

Exactly the same thing is happening to me and my mate... must be some sort of crash with Gears.

I dont have a Gears Of War console, i have an Xbox Elite wite a 120gb HD... but ive just attempted to play the Xbox now after being away for a while and it seems to be working now... whatever it was it seems to have been only temporary, thank god for that.

Really? I think it may have something to do with the update that came with Gears, like its screwed everyones consoles.... Also, ive just tried putting in a different game and it still only brings me to a black screen, and if i try to go to Dashboard the
console crashes and im unable to do anything about it...
