    Freezing, Buzzing and Kicked backed to Dashboard


    Within the last week every time I've tried to launch rival mode or open play the game freezes up, I get audio buzzing and then get sent back to the dashboard.

    I've had two separate days worth of trouble shooting with support that included but wasn't limited to, being told to :

    - move the game from my external hard drive to internal hard drive

    - uninstall the game

    - reinstall

    - reset my console twice excluding games and apps

    - clear persistent storage on the blu ray settings

    - try another gamer id

    - try to add port forwarding

    - try a different network - did so via a hot spot connection on my phone

    All resulted in the same issue.

    When I asked what the next step is they told me to post it in the discussion forums. Doing that now only to see that some with the exact same concern have been left unanswered for nearly a month.

    Fix it or credit me. It is that simple.

    Brand new Xbox One froze twice while playing a game, help?

    No joke i m saying don't worry about the freezing because it won't harm anything at all. I've dealt with freezing games since launch, some games are more prone to freeze then others. Some make the horrendous buzzing noise then crash to dashboard while some
    just crash to dashboard. Then others will freeze system and all u have to do is unplug from power supply. Either way I've dealt with it all hundreds of times if not more and not once has any hurt my console one bit.

    Screen freezing and kicked out from games

    Hey people



    From around 2 weeks ago my Xbox One has been playing up in a variety of ways. Firstly I've been suddenly kicked out of games, screen freezing first then booted back to the dashboard (gears of war 4, ghost recon wildlands, fifa 17), but still able to hear
    people in the party. Once kicked, the dashboard becomes laggy and unresponsive which then results in me having to restart my console over and over again. This becomes very repetitive and time consuming. Can someone help me with a solution, would be greatly

    I'm having this same problem as well. It freezes after the custscene on the level aftermath or when I'm playing multiplayer it will make a buzzing noise then kick me out to the dashboard.

    Same issue here OP. My xbox freezes during mp then it's followed by a buzzing sound and reboots or kicks me to the dashboard!!!! Going to return my unit for another one today or tomorrow at game stop.
