Freezing and Restarting and I have no clue why.

For the last several months my Xbox one has been having some issues with playing/loading games (disc and digital). After a few minutes of game time the game tends to lag or become unable to load certain parts of the game until the whole system freezes forcing
a hard reboot. For battlefield it won't load in the my character's kit or any other players to where all I see are a bunch of floating guns and name tags running around the map, which makes for some great game clips, until it eventually freezes in the between
game lobby. Originally I thought this was a disc-drive issue because my disc-drive wouldn't always read my discs right away and all my my downloaded apps work just fine; however, after having sold some games and wasted some money to switch a few games to digital
I've found that the disc-drive had nothing to do with it. After doing a little more research I tried doing as Xbox.com support says and removed not only my profile but also all locally saved game data. I then re-downloaded everything. The problem was still
not fixed. I have even tried re-setting the factory default settings to no avail. I've found myself restarting and changing every other suggested setting trying to solve the problem. I've also found that the more I play my games with this problem the sooner
and more frequently it happens. I have asked several online buddies and even talked with live customer support and Gamestop employees who have no idea whats wrong with my Xbox. If anybody has any idea what the problem could be or how to fix it the help would
be greatly appreciated.

Not getting any achievements in MGSV TPP

So yeah I'm not getting any achievements I have no clue why this is happening I don't have any cheats on and I've tried restarting my game and console.

I tried that too. Uninstalled... even went into BLURAY and cleared storage there.

 

Hi Vex - Unfortunately I don't have answers as to what it may be but I wanted to let you know that if its still in warranty a repair would be free of charge. The warranty for the console is 1 year from the date of purchase and you can create your own repair
ticket at http://myservice.xbox.com or by phoning a live Agent. If you're in the US or Canada the number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Also, have you tried replacing the HDMI cable since this is a video issue?

Did you try to format your console? Try to do it. This could possibly work. Otherwise call Microsoft Customer Service in numbers; 800.386.5550.

 

My console also freezes for 15-30 seconds at the time. I've reset to factory defaults with no relief. I suppose I must call Customer Support. Really hoping I don't have to send it in!
