Freezing and now I lost all the games

My system freezes continually when playing Microsoft Jigsaw. My puzzles are missing. When the calendar changed to August all of the puzzles I have bought are now missing. I find them in the Downloadable. I do not understand why
the freezing issue have not been fixed or at least admitting that the issue is for real and letting the users know that it is being looked into?

How do I get my missing puzzles back without having to buy them again? Do you prefer that we stop playing and give you a 1 star while you work things out? .

Please let us know what is being done on the above

Bought Blue Dragon on Xbox One Store, won't launch

No this did not help at all. The issue is not the game freezing and needing to be restarted, the issue is the game will not launch at all to begin with. I also downloaded Lost Odyssey and that game works fine. Blue Dragon fails to launch.

My Xbox failed at an update and lost all the info and now when i try any way to update it it just freezes on the open screen and won't work. I've tried everything and nothing works!

yes mine freezes consantly. i have lost so much progress due to random and constant freezes. even did all troubleshooting steps i could think of with no luck

I just had the same problem. It froze right before the game was about to start and took my tickets. I was also able to view all my cards at once before the freeze, now I have to scroll up and down the screen because it will only show one card at a time,
I wasted 16 tickets because I couldn't play all the cards. A total of 24 tickets lost because of the freeze. Can I get reimbursed?... Can someone fix this issue?...
