Freezing and multiple delays! Tired of constantly restarting puzzle!

Anytime I try and do a puzzle it freezes or it takes several tries to get a puzzle piece to even move. When you can get a puzzle piece to move its on a delay and you have to wait for it to take before you can try to move another piece. Have to keep restarting
the puzzle in order to actually finish a puzzle.

Trying to use this as an exercise for visual cognition but CAN'T because of the freezing and CONSTANT delays when trying to place a piece! I have NOTHING open on my computer but the puzzle so its NOT from any interference! Please fix this issue so I can
go back to using it!

puzzles FREEZING Constantly

I have posted this, asking microsoft to FIX this issue...but NOTHING has been done. My friends and I LOVE playing your jigsaw puzzles, but for the last almost 2 weeks now..the puzzle will freeze up after a MINUTE..shut off..you have to restart game..go to
your puzzle...and bam..it freezes again. this goes on CONSTANTLY.

So, until you address this issue, and FIX it..my friends and I will NO LONGER be playing Microsoft Jigsaw. We HOPE you fix this EXTREMELY IRRITATING problem soon.

The puzzles are freezing up

For the last 2-3 weeks now...every time I want to work a puzzle..it keeps freezing up, and I have to go back and re-enter the puzzle. I am getting very tired of doing this. WHAT has happened, and are you going to fix it...and I HOPE SOON???

 

same thing happens to me. thats because it uses your internet to blast you with constant advertisements and videos. you can turn off your internet and restart the game to stop that from happening.

 

PC game freezes for short but frequent delays that make the game nearly unplayable. This happens all the time. They should put a competent coder on this and fix it.
