    Freezing and missing puzzles


    I posted this less than a week ago, and yet I can't find my posting. I will try again.

    My system freezes continually when playing Microsoft Jigsaw. My puzzles are missing. When the calendar changed to August all of the puzzles I have bought are now
    missing. I find them in the Downloadable. I do not understand why the freezing issue have not been fixed or at least admitting that the issue is for real and letting the users know that it is being looked into?

    How do I get my missing puzzles back without having to buy them again? Do you prefer that we stop playing and give you a 1 star while you work things out?

    I have been working with Microsoft for over 30 years and I have never felt more ignored. Please do not discard this as happened on my last posting. The problem is real, not in my mind.

    Had the same problem with missing gold purchased puzzle sets and did what the posts suggested. Turned out that the puzzles with reset back to "zero" and our puzzles sets are still missing. Now when we select to see downloadable sets the app crashes.
