    freezes?? Xbox warranty


    Turn on Xbox play some DMZ, as soon as the game loads in, it kicks me back to home screen and freezes .

    The Xbox is only 9 months ,& old it's definitely getting well ventilated

    there's only one game on this Xbox

    do I get a new one, under the warranty? Cuz there's nothing I did, thought this Xbox was supposed to be better?

    Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Like a reset?

    If it's under warranty then I suggest to get a service and it'll help a lot.

    support.xbox.com/.../warranty-faq and it depends if you do it online or by phone. (a online request is cheaper)

    Freshly repaired Xbox, now it freezes everytime.

    Nothing there resolves my problem ! My xbox freezes as soon as I began to play Metro Last Light, and freezed once while playing Call Of Duty Black Ops (After an hour of play this time)

    I go for a repair, and Xbox tells me that my Hard Drive is not under warranty anymore. I bought this 6 months ago, I don't understand why it's not under warranty anymore.. Should be at least a year ??

    It's also likely that your cousin has also installed mods on the console. Mods can end up causing problems like what you're describing. Unfortunately, such mods void the warranty and the right to an authorised repair (even for a fee).
