Freezes on logo start screen with static sound

When i turn on my xbox360 s the logo starts to appear with the start up sound than static sounds starts and the screen freezes and wont proceed to the xbox dashboard. The fan is working. I have unplugged the back and switched out the hdmi cable to a new
one. I have restarted without the hard drive in. Sometimes it barely gets to the logo and sometimes the logo almost loads full, but it does not go further. Any help would be appreciated.

Xbox 360 freezes when Connecting to Xbox Live

my Xbox wont le me get past the grey loading screen. and when i disconnect the wifi and start the xbox back up, it does the splash logo and freezes on a black screen

My XBOX 360 freezes on start up

My 360 freezes on start up during the load screen with the xbox 360 logo. I will wait a while and restart the 360 and it will boot all the way up then it will freeze up while watching netflix. Then randomly it will work fine, but those times are getting
less frequent.

Sorry to hear it. If the console will not get past the logo screen even with the hard drive removed then it may be in need of repair. You can set one up at the following link.

Well right when it says to press start after the ubisoft and abstergo logo I press start and the screen freezes about a second after and dosent respond/cant open xbox menu I tried waiting but it dosent seem to do anything. To be more descriptive when the
screen stops you see the AC:IV logo with the skull and the turquoise-ish background and that is before they ask me to chose a save device wich dosent appear because of the freeze.

You know the little short video that plays on an xbox one x before the xbox green screen logo? Thats when its static/snowy. Then it shows the normal xbox logo. When trying to use any video streaming app is when all i see is green screen with audio.

I tried what you suggested, it went to 680x680 like you said but it only dispayed the static/snowy screen in lower quality and still experienced the green screen with audio only on netflix and hulu.

The game freezes always when I am in the City of the Damned. When this second girl talks to me. It's always the same. The sounds starts humming, the screen freezes. After that the sound is still humming and nothing more happens.
