Freezes my console after signing in to live

Im having some issues where in it freezes after i sign into Xbox live.

i already clear the cashed/ reformat the drive/ deleted the profile and re download it again.. Working with different profiles except mine (

here's my work around.. I switched my WiFi off and tried again and it went through to dashboard, but then switch WiFi back on again it tries ti sign in and then freezes. What i do to login to my live is i open my game while im still offline then login to
live and got no problem after that. But whenever i exit the game while im still logged in, it immidiately freeze. there's no way for me to go to my dashboard with my live. i just subs for a year a week ago!! HEELLPP!!!

New Patch Ruined My Game?

New update making game freeze when signing in to servers...it worked when I played 2am this mourning, and after update freezes. What did they mess up?

after ive signed into my account nothing loads at all, for example if i press there xbox button on the controller it just freezes an im unable to do anything as nothing loads what so ever, its as if it crashes as the only way to remove it from my screen
is to turn the console off. its been happening ever since i watched e3 on the xbox. whilst im not signed in to live on my account everything works normally, but as soon as i sign in to xbox live it freezes an crahes almost immediatley. any ideas as to why
because its frustrating that i cant go on any games online or speak to my friends. thank you

Im having the same issues too... i don't know why, but i think it cause by latest dashboard update ? (+_+)

 

Be too... format/removed/clear cache HDD - Still the same.

Took out HDD and putting Thumb drive with console formatted and it freeze at Download Profile.

Why everyone having same issue around same time?

 

There is an ongoing issue (since the latest update (2.0.16747.0)) where some users are having problem signing in to LIVE. The dashboard freezes as soon as the person try to sign in with their profile, or any profile for that matter.

Country/region that are affected (time of writing):

Singapore

Philippines

Microsoft are aware of this problem and are trying to get everyone affected up and running again, as soon as possible.

Temporary solution:

Yes, i did that insert disc method and is working.

Too bad i'm playing World of Tanks and it doesn't have DISC~~~~

I'm almost throw my HDD away, thanks for the update.

Btw, i did talk to XBOX live support. They didn't mentioned anything about this issue is cause by the Update... which i did highlight to them.

 

insert disc method? would you give me an instruction, please?

 

open your tray and close it with your disc on it when you see the xbox "ball" halfway spinning... if can't, try close it slightly later which when almost see "XBOX 360".

 

ha~! Finally i manage to download my Profile with disc in method... Microsoft, please do something fast, my tank is hot!

i suggest everyone not to set your profile to automatically login for the meantime until XBOX Support has a better solution or fix for this problem. THIS SUX! this is definitely the dashboard, they combined apps/games on the same layer perhaps thats why??!

 

Got the same issue, literally tried everything to no avail

I can't even redownload the profile, mine would just freeze up after I am done inputting the password.

 

@alexhendra.. happened to me t oo.. just try&try download again until it finish, dun delete profile in between.. it should overwrite..

another workaround..

1. skip sign-in then disable auto-sign-in..

2. then start any game u want by disc or on hdd..

3. at the game start screen (which usually ask to press "Start"), press "XBOX" button then login..

4. once logged in, continue playing
