    Freezes every few minutes


    This program continues to freeze every few minutes. I am using Windows 8.1 with a touchscreen. Is this somehow tied to the ads? I notice that the ads freeze up first and then the puzzle freezes and ultimately the whole program closes. It is so frustrating
    to have to restart the same puzzle every few minutes. Could this issue also be connected to the new updated version that offers larger puzzles? Because they are larger do they take up more memory? What can I do?

    Lagging tv signal comes in and out along with volume on my videotron cable reciever.

    @Hertzfam, so every few minutes it just freezes then starts back up?

    Xbox Video - video freezes every few minutes

    I have this problem. Bought LOTR Two Towers on Xbox Video and it always freezes every 15 seconds or so. My internet is really fast and are no issues with any other device or app.

    Freezes every few minutes

    using latest update in Win 10 puzzle freezes regardless of puzzle size. close out and open app and and experience same symptoms!

    very frustrating love the app before the upgrade to larger puzzles. never had the problem before!

    I have the same issue with jigsaw and Soduko. It's tied to the ad box. When the ad box goes black everything stops. Then it shuts down. Microsoft, if you're not going to fix it, I'm going elsewhere for games...

    I totally get the notion Microsoft Corporation does not earn enough money to provide customers with an add free experience so they [the Corporation] must bill their customers for the cost of advertising should said customer opt to go for an add-free experience
    at the low (in their eyes) , low bargain price of $120 bucks a year. However, I now get the feeling Microsoft is attempting to FORCE customers to take such an option. The problems with the puzzles app has EVERYTHING to do with advertising. If you will note
    (assuming your experience is similar to my own) when the advertising screen goes "black" to load a new advertisement every thing locks up...a couple of minutes (OR MORE!!!) later, the advertisement section flashes "white" at which time everything works for
    about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then the process repeats. I've been timing it and a couple of times my wait time was 5 minutes down for every 30 seconds up. This went on for a few hours. This has gone on so long, I don't think Microsoft has any intent to
    correct the problem. Color me as UNHAPPY and A LOT UPSET!!!

    Xbox One X games freezing.

    I did the offline update and I played 10 minutes into black flag and the game is still freezing for a few seconds every few minutes.
