Freezes and then closes

Discus and support Freezes and then closes in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I complete a puzzle but when it's done, program freezes and then closes out completely.     Freezes and then closes


    I complete a puzzle but when it's done, program freezes and then closes out completely. When I go back in, it shows previously completed puzzle as one I haven't completed. I am able to purchase and download new puzzles though. Would be nice to be able to
    delete all the sets I've already done though.

    Sudoku freezes, then closes

    Just recently, say in the last week, when the ads change (usually to the NBA one) the game freezes, and after 30 seconds or so shuts down the app. It has made it impossible to play, and since I will be forced to quit playing (due to the ads) your advertisers
    won't be getting any exposure to me (the customer), which makes it irrelevant to even sell spots on your app. Please fix, thanks.

    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes and crashes

    Classics will only allow me to put a few pieces together and then freezes. I close Microsoft Jigsaw and then reopen it. It either crashes or opens to allow me to put 3 more pieces together and freezes again. Sad!

    Pretty sure that the only game that comes close to freezing this much is FO:NV.
