    Hello, i contact the microsoft support for this problem and they told me to write here because it's a bug with the xbox 360 preview.

    When i go to my avatar the console freeze and i can't do nothing only press on/off bottom and restart it. The same problem have my firiend when they try to open my profile for check what i am doing, they freeze too. I don't know what i have to do and microsoft
    support can't help me.

    Weird issue PLEASE HELP!

    ok so heres my issue when i first turn my xbox on its fine but after about 5 minutes i notice it says i have no achievements my avatar is gone so i try going to clear the cache and my xbox freezes it freezes everyime i go to storage what is going on??

    my xbox keeps freezing and disconnecting from XBL

    everytime i go to edit my avatar it disconnects and when i start my game its freezes . nothing is wrong with my system ..... i don't think..

    Hi, I wish I could send a video or something but it changes on everything but Xbox one, it changes first time on 360, same with 360 games run on Xbox one and when I go to change It on Xbox one and the Xbox app it previews correctly however whenever I equip it, it loads then changes back to the old one it’s so weird I have no idea what’s wrong with it, btw the gamerpic I want is just a 360 avatar pic with my mlg hat lol.

    Minecraft won't stop freezing...

    Even when I go through the inventory tutorial, Minecraft freezes. It's only Minecraft that's freezing by the way, my Xbox 360 doesn't and I can dashboard.
