    Jigsaw Freeze

    Microsoft Jigsaw continually freezes up during play. Also will automatically close window when freezes up. Very frustrating. What are you doing to fix???

    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes up

    I've tried everything down to closing the desktop manager from task manager and nothing fixes it. It seems like a memory error. The longer the puzzle the more it freezes up.

    Freeze up Jigsaw

    It seems to happen especially when a new ad is loading. Very frustrating on timed challenges because even when frozen and I can't do anything, the time doesn't stop.

    Same problem as Microsoft Sudoku is having. Game locks up while ads are loading.

    Have you tried running the game as administrator? Or checking you task manager to see if it's using up a bunch of cpu?

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!
