    Hi all,

    We have had an Xbox one for almost a year now. I am not a user but my son is. Unfortunately, we have had problems with no display on occasions. We sent the console to Microsoft Germany but since we had had it back it freezes EVERY time my son uses it. It’s
    is worse than ever. I call the support line and wait so long I give up, asked for a call back but never get one and constantly in a queue for the chat support. Can anyone help please???

    Does your XBOX360 freeze?

    Nope, the only time I can remember mine freezing is in FIFA 13 on career mode, as there was a now-patched freezing issue whenever you tried to simulate to the next game.

    Hey there Raven! It sounds like you covered a lot of the troubleshooting already; thank you for that! You are correct that this could be an issue with the HDD. Can you try turning off the console, removing the HDD, and then start up the console again. If
    that works, try using a different storage device, either another HDD or a USB device. If that works, we can safely assume there is an issue with your HDD and it should be replaced.

    That said, once you have a replacement HDD, you may be able to transfer the data to the new one with a transfer cable. Please let me know how the above tests go and we can go from there, thanks!
