    VERY FRUSTRATING. Especially on the timed game. It freezes, then you lose time. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

    Does your XBOX360 freeze?

    Nope, the only time I can remember mine freezing is in FIFA 13 on career mode, as there was a now-patched freezing issue whenever you tried to simulate to the next game.

    freeze issue

    Today is 8/18/2017 and I am once again complaining about the freezing issue of both Jigsaw and Sudoku. Todays "Easy" puzzle has now taken me over an hour and I am still not completed with it! I have rebooted seven times and then, each time, have gone into
    the daily challenge and brought up Jigsaw. Three of those times, it has taken me three attempts just to get into Jigsaw. I have then gone through the daily commercial and finally brought up the easy puzzle. Within a minute, the ability to play the game comes
    into play. I can not move any pieces! After a minute or two, it allows me to move one or two pieces and then it freezes up again and does not come back to life. This is a most frustrating problem that has been complained about for some time and no one seems
    able to repair the application. Is there any chance of finding someone on the Microsoft team who is smart enough to debug and correct this situation??

    I for one am getting weary of having this problem take up so much of my time just because I want to finish each daily challenge. If you folks cannot fix the problems, perhaps it is time to remove it from Windows 10.

    Hey there Raven! It sounds like you covered a lot of the troubleshooting already; thank you for that! You are correct that this could be an issue with the HDD. Can you try turning off the console, removing the HDD, and then start up the console again. If
    that works, try using a different storage device, either another HDD or a USB device. If that works, we can safely assume there is an issue with your HDD and it should be replaced.

    That said, once you have a replacement HDD, you may be able to transfer the data to the new one with a transfer cable. Please let me know how the above tests go and we can go from there, thanks!
