    Freeze and Restart


    Ive had an Xbox One since day one last year and i've had no problems with it until now. Yesterday, I bought Titanfall, brought it home and installed it. I then played through about 10 steps of the tutorial and it froze for about 5 seconds and restarted my
    Xbox and ever since, at different points of the tutorial or even if I start a multiplayer game,, it'll freeze for about 5 seconds and restart my Xbox. It's also done it when I went to launch the game and pressed A. Is there any fix for this or am I going to
    have to take it back to the store?

    DVD freezes and restarts

    I started having this problem awhile ago bit while I'm watching a DVD blueray or regular it freezes. If I hit home then go back to the app it starts the movie over from the start. Iv tried hard resetting the Xbox and uninstalling the app. I have sent it
    in for a repair last month and got it back this past Monday 7/13/15. Reinstalled the blueray app watched about 5 movies and BAM started freezing again. I'm starting to think that it's the app and not my console. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    xbox 360 freezes and restarts

    its my harddrive. I removed it and it works fine. gonna look at a replacement this weekend.

    Mine has also done this I just bought a Xbox one on hone weekend with titanfall and it's freezing and restarting

    I ended up returning mine to Game with the receipt, just ring them up, there's a little process you have to go through to get a reference number and you'll need video evidence of it happening. Then they'll just replace the Xbox. It's a problem with the graphics
    chip I think, so somebody told me.

    I was playing assassin's creed unity (downloaded) when suddenly my xbox made a weird noise and restarted the game and mission. Also when i try to play online

    I tried Mister Cerb's suggestion for Call of Duty and NBA 2K14. It still doesnt work. After 2 mins, the game freezings or the system just shuts itself off.

    I tried that too. Uninstalled... even went into BLURAY and cleared storage there.
