Freeze and crash back to dashboard

hi,

I have some issue with my xbox one

when I launch a game, it freeze and crash back to the dashboard.

I've already tried the hard reset, unplug the xbox for few minutes and all those things.

It happens only with 1 of my games, so I've reach the editor of the game which said the problem was already solved, but it still crashes for me and for others.

my xbox is up-to-date and is brand new (bought 1 month ago)

Do anyone have a solution?

I.E constantly crashing.

It happens alot. It will freeze up and after 5-10 seconds and then crash back to the dashboard. Ive tried the above steps but it hasnt helped. It happens on most websites with ads on.

Xbox One instability

I've had way more xbox 360 crashes than xone, also different machines so you know. Difference now is my xbox doesn't have to be restarted, it just goes to dashboard which isn't an issue.

Xbox 360 crashes it completely locks up and freezes until i restart.

 

1st I would try and delete the local save (console only under "manage game save data" ) if that dosent work you may try to un install the game , then re install....

Sometimes it can be tied to your profile , you can remove it from the console , reboot everything , then re add it ...

 

Which game ? and , are you using and external hard drive ? ....one more thing you might try , tell your xbox to "go offline" and then see if it still does it...

 

rainbow 6 siege, I do not use an external hard drive..

I tried and it does crash to the dashboard ^^

Right now I've just deleted my profil again, deleted the game, power cycle, go offline, instal the game, launch it offline, turn back in line, ahd its updating at the moment, so we'll see tomorrow if it crash again.. I think it will.. as it always do..

 

Man , that is stubborn ... if that is a physical disc , I guess it could have a glitch on it somewhere ... only other thing i know of left to try would be a factory reset ...

 

Factory reset has finished just a few minutes ago, same problem..

the disc is brand new, not even a dust on it and no laser mark..

is it possible to ask ubi to change the disc for a digital copie you think?

I just called microsoft this afternoon they said maybe the graphics card is defective but, if it was the case, why does it works fine some times and some times not..?

Ubi told me its because of my ping.. but when it works, there's no lag and all my others games are alright..

can't understand what the hell is wrong with it.. lol
