    Freeview channel's out of order

Hi just got my shiny new white Xbox today and also picked up the usb freeview stick. I can do a search for channels fine but for some reason they are all out of order. For instance BBC 2 comes before BBC 1. There does not seem to be away to manually order
them. Is anyone else having this problem or is there an issue here?

    Thanks

    :)

    xBox One Digital TV Problem

I'm having the same issue. I'm using Freeview antenna.

Choosing the OTA Broadcast lineup gives me missing and out of order channels, with programme information.

Choosing Digital lineup gives me all the channels, in order, but all channels say 'No information available' and have no logos.

Using the 'Freeview National Lineup' provider makes no difference either.

Tried power cycle, unplug/re-connect USB tuner, TV settings reset, and factory resetting console - still no luck.

    Freeview channel's out of order

it automatically picks up hd channels first i think. Go to your live guide settings and click show all channels. That should put them in order.

No it doesn't work like that. The SD channels are listed first as they are lower list, for instance BBC One is channel 1 where as BBC One HD is 101. There is a setting to hide the SD channels that are duplicated, but it doesn't work, and a channel such
as 'Dave' doesn't HD version (not in my area anyway) so that channel is always one of the first on the list.

Favorites also doesn't have the option of changing the order, so i'm stuck with all my channels out of order.

I had BBC1 SD missing from the "freeview" list, but present in the "freeview national lineup" list.

I also don't see an option to re-tune. Anyone spotted that?

  7. They have not updated the listings since this was added to XBox One. my TalkTalk youview box has BBC News at 130 now as it is on Freeview but OneGuide still shows these as 80.

I need the TalkTalk version for checking Sky 1 and 2

    TV Tuner /One Guide problem

    Thanks, I will try that.

Its frustrating that where there is no channel info, it doesn't manage to sort the channel order out.

Even the cheap freeview tuners can at least get channels 1 - 900 in the right order, with or without channel info!
