    FREEquent Player Reward

    I have been an XBOX Live rewards member since the beginning of the program. Over the past three months I participated in the "FREEquent Player" mission. The website states that if you spent at least $5 each month, three months in a row on ANY free to play
    game on XBOX Live, you will receive 2000 reward credits. I spent at least $5 each month over the past three months (April, May, June) but none of these transactions are being recognized on my rewards progress page. I actually wasn't going to buy any game
    credit in free to play this final month, but only did so because I figured I could get the reward. Please contact me regarding this. I look forward to the support teams reply.

    I got credit for purchases in April and June, but I don't think it gave me credit for May. I purchased $20 worth of Robux in May. Can you look at my account please. I have made well over $5 in purchases all three months. Thank you.

    We see that there is currently an issue displaying your punches on the webpage; while we see that you have received a punch for one-two-FREE and progress for FREE pass, they have not yet appeared on the webpage. We are currently investigating why this is

    Since you only spent 20.99 CAD in March, that would not have been enough to complete FREE pass that month:

    Free Pass:

    Earn 2,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least $31.80 plus tax on add-on content for ONE Free to Play title in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on a monthly basis,
    with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

    Credits for your April FREE pass have been pending in your account since the 17th that month. For future reference, you can see a record of all your activity on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
