Hopefully this is the right place to post. This is my third try. I didn't get the points for Jan-march, spent $5 or more each. Only got credit for two of them, not sure why. Can you please look at my account and see what's up. Thanks

FREEquent Player Reward

I have been an XBOX Live rewards member since the beginning of the program. Over the past three months I participated in the "FREEquent Player" mission. The website states that if you spent at least $5 each month, three months in a row on ANY free to play
game on XBOX Live, you will receive 2000 reward credits. I spent at least $5 each month over the past three months (April, May, June) but none of these transactions are being recognized on my rewards progress page. I actually wasn't going to buy any game
credit in free to play this final month, but only did so because I figured I could get the reward. Please contact me regarding this. I look forward to the support teams reply.

We see that you were adjusted for that offer and it was already completed. It was a part of your May 24th deposit. You can see a record of this if your sort/view your MyStatement on the MyRewards page either by lifetime or for the last three months. Apologies

Hello Ackis,

The FREEdom Rewards offer FREE Pass, 1,2,FREE and FREEquent player are for all free to play titles. If you are talking about the specific offers, there is only one for Trove and Gems of War; we do not have any specific reference to Frozen on the FREEdom
Rewards page. There is no specific offer for Paladins.

As Smwutches says, in-game consumables are not eligible for Rewards unless as part of a special offer. For example, your purchases have successfully gone to the FREE PASS and FREEquent Player offers in the current FREEdom Rewards offer located on the MyMissions
page. However, pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions, are not eligible for MyVIP, and will not award MyVIP payback or progress.
