FREEquent Player rewards not yet registered as pending

I have purchased 3 add-ons that worth more than the requirement (at least $39 per month) for World of Tanks in recent 3 months with specifics below:

Dec 13, Captured KV-1 Loaded, $111

Nov 1, Boilermaker Ultimate Bundle, $214

Oct 26, Monster Kaiju Loaded Bundle, $159

I understand this should take 96 hours to reflect upon completion of each specific offer. Yet, this does not seem to be the case. Can you please help follow up accordingly? Thank you very much!

It doesn't look like I have received Xbox Live Rewards points that I should have.

Freedom Rewards October 1 – December 31, 2016

I should have completed 2000 points for FREE Pass and 2000 points for FREEquent player.

It shows that I should qualify based off of Microsoft account billing history. Has this just not registered yet or am I thinking about this all wrong?

FREEdom Rewards

I too have completed a freedom rewards mission - play Roblox for set hours to get chances to win, yet I still only have 1 chance showing. Its also not showing my Freequent player or one-two-free punch.

On another note I don't think rewards has ever shown me as having gold live account.

As it says on the mission page, the FREEquent Player offer rewards "2,000 Rewards Credits every three months", so it will only award 2000.

Once you complete that offer in the third month, the offer will be marked as completed, and the Credits should show as pending in your account, as normal.

Your purchase completed the FREE pass offer since it was over £18.
